i had a great stay at golden tulip. the location is perfect, right on a street mall with tons of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. the staff was super friendly and quick to help when i needed to change my room arrangement.

Beware of the check-in process. the reception is located on an upper floor, making access a bit cumbersome. Wi-Fi connectivity was unreliable, leading to frustrations.

I adored the warm colors and elegant design throughout the hotel, especially the inviting lounge on the seventh floor. The accessibility to metro stations made getting around Berlin so effortless for me as a senior traveler.

A kettle in the room would be helpful.

Had a lovely stay with my family where we enjoyed the spacious room and the cozy little bar with a fantastic rooftop view. We also found the outdoor terrace perfect for relaxing after a busy day, soaking up the sun with a drink in hand. One thing though, parking was a bit tricky, but it didn’t really dampen our experience! ☀️

My room felt a bit dated, with stains on the carpet. The noise from the street outside was noticeable, especially at night. Breakfast options were plentiful, which I appreciated. But there were some cleaning issues. I noticed dust in corners and on surfaces that need attention. Overall, the hotel met my needs, but a few upgrades and better maintenance would enhance the experience.
